We woke up and had the best breakfast! holly cow! it was like our thanksgiving. I got 2 plates full and then they came over to us and asked if we wanted anything from the kitchen! so, of course, I said yes. got to talk to all of our family members. Jed's family, my family it was awesome. everyone is doing great.

we watched a ton of videos about the Vietnam war and how the US perceives it and how everyone else perceives it. which was really interesting. we grabbed a taxi and headed to our new hotel. our taxi ride was only 3 dollars which is unreal. we are so excited to be living down here for the next month.

we got checked and went to go explore and get some grub! we were going to go to this pho place but it was closed so we went to a sandwich shop we got the sandwich for less than a dollar and started talking to these girls from Australia. we talked about our countries and the good, bad and the ugly. it was really interesting. we went back to our hotel and started doing research about what we should do.

We decided it was getting late and that we should go to dinner. we go outside and there was a rickshaw outside out place so of course, we get on it! it was so much fun and it cost us like less than a dollar to do. until we got off and the guy was asking for a tip for beer from Jed. we got our first bowl of pho and it was alright. my aunts are way better.

We went home and had a Netflix night! it was so nice to cuddle Jed and not plan anything, not blog. just sit and hang with my one and only.
