We got into Sweden late for most of our trip we had used either our American Express or chase card. But when we wanted to buy a buss fair to down town neither of them would work! I started slightly freaking out because I didn’t relies that they dont use pounds or euros but they use SEK. lucky our debit card worked and we were off.

On our 30-minute drive to Sweden we tried to figure out how to get into our hostel. After calling people way to late at night and asking for codes on how to get into the hostel.
We walked into old town Sweden it was beautiful and kind of romantic. We where they only ones there, it was so quiet and it felt like we were back in time. the cobble stone streets the lanterns and the old building. We got into our hostel after about 10 minutes of trying and we crashed!

We woke up the next day honestly with no plans. there was the cutest breakfast nook right next to our hostel. We had breakfast and then started walking around. Sweden was so charming. There were small alley ways that lead into different areas of town.

After that we walked over to the Viking museum. that was quiet the walk. One because we took the wrong way. But the walk around old town was beautiful. We got into the museum and walked around. This was one of the only museums that we went into and it was well worth it.

As we got back to old town we started walking around and found these old narrow stairs, Jed got some more gelato. But I knew better than that and knew that Belgium waffles would be much better. After I got one Jed instantly regretted his gelato! The Belgium waffle was amazing!
Sadly, we knew that this was our last day in Europe. We went back to our hostel to get packed up to go home. Jed asked me where his work phone was and sadly after an hour of looking we had lost it. We were so sad! it had a lot of our pictures from two of our favorite city’s (London and Rome) we packed up and went to dinner trying to joke that we would have to come back and that everything happens for a reason. dinner was great we had Swedish meat balls and enjoyed our last night in Europe we talked about how we needed to come back and how we needed to come back
We went back to our hostel and fell asleep. We woke up bright and early hoping that we could go back to the airport and find our phone. After asking lots of people we Didn’t find it. We got back on our plane back to San Francisco.
