Jet lag is a funny thing! On our first night, we crashed! I was so nervous that I wasn’t going to wake up the next day I was that tiered. I woke up at 8 thinking where the heck am I! We got ready and started our day. When we were in Paris we had to pick up our Paris museum pass. We knew that we didn’t want to use our data when we got there because it was an extra 10 dollars a day. So, we google mapped how we were going to get to the museum pass office and took screen shots of the bus stops. The only down side to down loading your maps off of Google is that you have to have the exact address of where you are going. You can’t say " Take me to the Louve and expect you to take you to the Louve exact address where so helpful!

We got on a bus to take us to the office. On our way, we grabbed some breakfast and then picked up are passes! NOT TO SELF! This was the first time that we realized we needed to print off all of your confirmations that you bought anything! Europe doesn’t do confirmation codes as well as the US does. Theses passes let us into any museum in Paris except for the Eiffel tower. this is my number one tip for Paris. it made getting into all of the sight so easy! It was a one stop shop for all of the sights!
From there, we walked down the river Seine! I thought it was beautiful, Jed on the other hand hated it! I was trying to save money and I was so excited that I wanted to get there! Because we had bought a pass a tour of the Eiffel tower we missed a huge line! This was genius! It took us 2 minutes to get under the Eiffel tower instead of waiting in line for an hour. On the tour, we went under the Eiffel tower and got to see the history. We got to see how the elevators worked and then finally we went through security to go to the second level of the Eiffel tower. HINT! don’t bring a lock to the Eiffel tower! This might sound silly but we wanted to go to the love lock bridge but they don’t let you bring them to the top. So, leave it out side of the security or just buy one there. We took the elevator up to the 2nd level. There are 3 levels in the Eiffel tower, but we didn’t want to wait in the long line to go to the top. But the views where amazing from where we were! we walked down the stairs to the first level and got to see their restaurant and they had the cutest sign that said take photo here!

After we got done at the Eiffel Tower we had to have a crepe! I loved mine! It was Nutella and strawberries, Jed’s was “to hot" and couldn’t enjoy it! but we sat by the river and people watched. We walked across the street to take another look at the Eiffel tower. we than wanted to go to the Arch De Triumph. We found our way around the metro and where able to get to the Arch De Triumph! NOTE TO SELF. Please don’t run across the 7 lanes of traffic like we did! There are underground tunnels that puts you safely on the other side of traffic. We walked to the top of the Arch De Triumph and saw views of the Eiffel Tower and of the financial District. We found the tunnel to go safely back to the other side of the 7 lanes round a bout. We had lunch at a nice pizza place and just sat and watch the people go by. We loved the cafes along the street where we could just chill and watch the world go by.

We than wanted to go to the love lock bridge, so we stopped at a nearby McDonalds to get some free Wi-Fi! We got directions to the love lock bridge and started that way. NOTE TO SELF. They have moved the love lock bridge closer to notradome. if you can’t find it that’s ok! Just go closer to notradame. We locked our love on the bridge and threw the key into the river.
Norterdam was beautiful all of the detail on the out side and inside. you don't need the museum pass to get into noterdam but you can take a tour of it with your pass. Jed of course didn't fallow the rules and light a candle and also went into a mass only zone and took some pictures. that night we where so tiered that we went back to our airbnb and crashed! we knew we had a full day the next day so we went to bed
