This picture pretty much explains our thanksgiving! LAZY... which was so great! It was the first year that we didn't go our to my grandparents which was kind of weird, but now that I'm married we get to split the time between both of our families. I love Jed's family! They are amazing and I have so much love for them! We started off by sleeping over at Jed's parents house so Jed could go shooting with my family in the morning. They went out to the west desert and he came back and was so tired. The ladies finished making dinner and we headed out to Jed's aunt Melanie's home! It was so much fun she has a lot of little kids who are so cute and fun! Her little daughter had just had her room re-done and she wanted everyone to see it. We had an awesome dinner and then as we were cleaning up, I went into the living room to find Jed and his sister molly asleep on the couch. I'm so grateful that I not only have one family who loves me but I have two families who mean so much to Jed and I. The only thing I don't love about Thanksgiving is that it means I have to start shopping for Christmas again. Every year I make it a goal to get all my shopping done before Thanksgiving, but it has yet to happen. Hopefully one year it will. Christmas is such a great time of year i love it.
Also a side note, the Sunday before Thanksgiving my dad had thanksgiving up at his house and it was soo good! Jed's mom and my dad are such amazing cooks. I'm glad that we were raised on good home grown food! Thanks family for the Thanksgiving!
