N Is For Nielsen: We made it to cancun!

We Made it to Cancun! it was so hectic. We had to wake up at 3 to go to the airport. When Addie dropped us off I expected no one to be there ( it was 4 in the morning) but there where so many people! most of them where going to korea for missions but I thought it was going to take forever. But it went pretty quick. As we where getting all checked in in the keios I asked Jed to pull out his wallet so that when they ask for our I.D that we could just hand them to them to make stuff quicker. Jed said " didn't you grab my wallet." and I said "no?"

I started to pannice thinking that we wherent going to be able to get on the plane.So we called Addie and asked her to run back to our house to get Jeds wallet she did but she couldnt find it. Jed than said "Oh I think i left it at my parents house." His parents live 45 mins away from the air port. I was just hoping that we could get on the plane. We asked addie to stay on standby so that just in case we couldnt get threw she could hopefully get jeds wallet to him. It was so scary going threw secerity but i totally forgot that if you have a passport you can go threw secerity.

While we where sitting in the airport there where all these missionarys going to South Korea and they where so excited to go they where talking to there familys before they got on the plane. It made me miss my brothers serving an LDS Misson in Germany and My brother-in-law serving a mission in Arizona and thinking how much We really missed they and how we cant wait to talk to them this christmas! My brother Alex has 11 months left and My brother-in-law Morgan has 17 Months left. Anyways we got on the plain and Jed and I didnt get to sit next to each other. I sat and listened to music and he just slept. ( by the time we got in the air it was only 6 in the morning.

We landed in Dallas and Had just enough time to get some food and head on the plane to Cancun! Again we didnt get to sit next to each other. But Jed was just a row behind me. Which was nice. We Landed in good ol Cancun where it was really hot and muggy. We went threw customs and than headed to the van what would drop us off at the resort! After a 45 min Van ride we arrived. We where checked in and where greated by two nice glasses of shampaine. At first I just kind of ignored it and pretended like it wasnt there but they guy asked why I wasnt drinking it. We nicely said that we didnt drink. They chekin guy was shocked that we didnt drink it ( this became a very usual thing when we told the bartendors that we didnt want alchohol in our beverages) I was trying to use every excuse in the book on why i didnt want to drink from, im not 21, to im pregnant so im not drinking ( we are not pregnant it just seamed like a good excuse to make they stop asking us.) When we finally said religious reasons he stoped asking us.

We got in to our amazing room and headed right to the beach to play in the waves. it was so much fun! playing in the crystal clear water and floating in the big waves. later that night we went for a walk on the beach. It was so nice to just hear the ocean so close to us. We where so tiered that we to bed around 9 o clock. we slept so good that night!
