Mykonos was beautiful! we started by renting scooters and driving into town. they were really hesitant to rent me a scooter but I finally convinced them that yes! I did know how to drive a scooter!!
We followed the one road into little Venice we stopped and took some photos at the windmills and then decide that we needed some beach love in our life! We went to one beach but then decide that we should head to one that was little farther away.
The drive on the scooters was so much fun! I’m not going to lie Greece was not what I expected, I expected Cancun. where it would be soft white sandy beaches, lots of green areas.
The water in Mykonos was beautiful but it was not the softest beaches and it was pretty rocky. It reminded me of Nevada. Again, we went to another top less beach. by this time, we had been to enough that we thought that this must be normal!
We headed back to town and actually walked through little Italy! It was so much fun to walk through the town because it was beautiful! We got some more gelato and sat on the beach! We knew our trip was coming to an end. I wasn’t ready to go home but Jed had mentioned that he was really ready to go home!
We road back to the ship and when we dropped off the scooter the guy looked shocked that I made it back in once piece!
